I’m Nastja, Founder of Parbati. I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Women's Health Coach, helping ambitious women — just like you — achieve healthy periods, so that they can shift their focus off of their period problems and on to how they want to be of service to the world.
After spending five years working in a corporate job, I realised that I wasn't the only one suffering with menstrual fatigue, mood swings, sugar cravings and period cramps that kept me away from being productive and focused. I found ways to completely reverse my period problems and now I'm helping other women do the same, so that they can focus on their own "zone of genius".
